We at Ticketor do what we can to prevent any type of abuse, spam or infringement of rights by use of our services.
Please note that the content on our websites are uploaded by Users and not Ticketor, and as a result we do not have full control over all the content.
You can contact the Site Owner (event organizer) who is in charge of such content directly. Their contact information or a contact us form must exist on their website. However, we encourage Users to report all illegal activities, spam or abuse through the form below so we can assist in getting it resolved in an efficient matter.
We will try to respond to any received emails in three (3) business days, however please note that any statement made by Ticketor representatives or employees, include no promises and you cannot rely on such promises.

You must include the followings in your message:
- The contact details of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright including a physical address, phone number, and email address
- Describe clearly and precisely the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed so that we can verify your claim
- The URL address and the exact location of the material on Ticketor site that you claim to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information sufficient to permit Ticketor to locate the material
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of a copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.
- Upon submitting this form, you will receive a copy of the email. You must reply to that email with any attachments and your signed statements.
Please be advised that according to the DMCA, any person who knowingly, materially misrepresents that material or activity is committing infringement infringing and may be subject to liability.
All notices must be complete and in accordance to the guideline above. Any complain that is not in accordance to the guideline above will not be considered.
