Parking

Since we are located in the heart of town, the Star Theatre does not have a dedicated parking lot. Parking can be found along the streets, or at surrounding                      businesses where permitted. Handicapped guests and bus groups may be dropped off at the theatre entrance prior to parking.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

A ticket sales are final. Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the event for another performance of the same show (subjest to availability).

 

 

Inclement Weather Policy

If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, you may reschedule for a future performance of your choice (subject to availability). If the performance is            held, there are no refunds or exchanges.

 

 

Group Rates

Groups of 10 or more may be eligible for our discounted group rate (depending on the show). Please call us at 717-220-3318 for more information and to make                group reservations.

 

 

Show Policies

  •  Taking videos or photos (with or without flash) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. For the enjoyment of everyone in the          theatre, we ask you to please enjoy the show device-free!
  • Any person talking or disrupting a performance and inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be asked to leave the theatre without a refund.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager or Ushers.
  •  No child under age 5 admitted).  All children must have a ticket and be seated next to an accompanying adult.
