Parking
Since we are located in the heart of town, the Star Theatre does not have a dedicated parking lot. Parking can be found along the streets, or at surrounding businesses where permitted. Handicapped guests and bus groups may be dropped off at the theatre entrance prior to parking.
Inclement Weather Policy
If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, you may reschedule for a future performance of your choice (subject to availability). If the performance is held, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Groups of 20 or more are eligible for our discounted group rate. Please call or email us for more information.
Show Policies
- Taking videos or photos (with or without flash) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. For the enjoyment of everyone in the theatre, we ask you to please enjoy the show device-free!
- Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be asked to leave the theatre without a refund.
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager or Ushers.
- No child under age 5 admitted. All children must have a ticket and be seated next to an accompanying adult.
