Important Application Information:
  • Application Required: If you have not already done some, please fill out the required online application. If you are unsure where to find this, please reach out to us at STEMSAUX@Squad38.com 
  • Payment Method: Please note that payment is required within 7 days of application submission. We will only be accepting online payments.
  • Application Review: We will review applications several times per month. You will receive an email notification and vendor welcome packet once your application is accepted.
  • Donation Requested: Each participating vendor is requested to provide one item of their choice from their inventory, worth a resale price of $25 or more, for our raffle table. The raffle table helps to offset our event costs and serves as an advertisement for you as well. With this in mind, please make sure that your donation is reflective of the work you create. Information will be provided on when and how to deliver your donated item and business card in your vendor welcome packet.
