POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR TICKET PURCHASE
These purchase policies are intended to make sure you understand the process of buying tickets from us via our service provider, Ticketor.com. These Policies & Procedures for Purchase are subject to our Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchasing and are incorporated by reference, here in these Policies and Procedures.
The ticket you buy from S2Seminars.ca is only a license to attend the specific event for which you purchased the ticket. As such, the license can be revoked if any of our policies, Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchasing, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by you, the purchaser of the ticket.
HOW YOU PAY FOR TICKETS
You have a variety of options to pay for the tickets you purchase from S2 Seminars. We accept major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The price of tickets for the events taking place in Canada are in Canadian dollars.
CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Ticketor.com will issue a confirmation number/letter via email once payment for your ticket is complete. It is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your requested order was placed. S2 Seminars is not liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to an erroneous presumption that your order was placed when you did not receive confirmation.
FACILITATION & PROCESSING CHARGES
When you purchase tickets on S2 Seminars, you may be charged a non-refundable processing fee per ticket, if applicable.
YOU MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION;
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED, IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED
Please note it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to S2 Seminars for a ticket order, including billing and contact information. No ticket order will be processed until your credit card and billing information is verified.
TICKET SUBSTITUTIONS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
If you are unable to attend the event and wish to give your ticket to someone else to attend in your place, you must let S2 Seminars know of the substitution 24 hours prior to the event and also email S2 Seminars with the name, email and phone number of your substitute. It is also your responsibility to arrange for reimbursement of your ticket price and any associated fees or taxes with your substitute. S2 Seminars is not responsible for any refunds to either party in this context.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF S2SEMINARS.CA’S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of S2Seminars.ca’s trade marks and intellectual property is illegal unless S2Seminars.ca has expressly consented in writing. Without the written express consent of the event organizer and S2Seminars.ca, no ticket shall be used for promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising purposes.
S2 SEMINARS HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR
S2 Seminars reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket including errors caused by a machine or human error, computer malfunctions, and/or other S2Seminars.ca’s operational system and programs. S2 Seminars will inform you using the contact information you provided at time of original ticket purchase should such an error occur.
LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket(s) through S2 Seminars, you expressly agree to be bound by S2 Seminars' ticket purchasing Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchasing on your behalf and the behalf of your children or any other minor accompanying you to the event. You further expressly agree to bear and assume all the risks and liabilities pertinent to, and as the result of, the event (before, during or after the event) for which S2 Seminars has issued the ticket.
