POLICY & PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASE
The aim of Alderwood Inc. is to make your purchasing of tickets to Kindred Hills easier, more convenient and pleasant. Purchase policies are intended to make sure you understand the process of buying tickets from us for Kindred Hills. These Policies & Procedures for Purchase are subject to Alderwood Inc. Terms & Conditions and are included below.
The ticket you buy from Alderwood Inc. for Kindred Hills is only a license to attend a specific event you have purchased the ticket for, and such license can be revoked, if any of Alderwood Inc.'s policies, Terms & Conditions, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by You, the purchaser of such ticket.
HOW YOU PAY FOR TICKETS
You have a variety of options to pay for the tickets you purchase for Kindred Hills. We accept PayPal and major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The price of tickets for the events taking place within the United States is in U.S. Dollar.
Alderwood Inc. solely handles the transactions and collects payments for the tickets sold for Kindred Hills.
CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Please note that if after you submitted the required payment information, you do not receive a confirmation number/ letter, or email, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Section, whether or not your requested order has been placed. Alderwood Inc. will not be liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to your erroneous presumption that your order has not been placed because you did not receive confirmation.
FACILITATION & PROCESSING CHARGES
When you purchase tickets for Kindred Hills, you will be charged a facilitation fee per ticket and a non-refundable processing fee per order. Your tickets may be subject to a delivery cost/fee, if applicable.
YOU CAN BUY LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS
In order to establish a fair purchasing method and to prevent unfair attempts and practices of buying tickets, there is a limitation on the particular number of the tickets you may purchase for Kindred Hills. The “purchase limit” for each event would be determined by Alderwood Inc.
AFTER YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROHIBITED
Please carefully select and purchase your desired event for Kindred Hills. You must thoroughly review all information pertinent to the event, including but not limited to the date, and time of the event/s, prior to purchasing any tickets for Kindred Hills. This is highly importance since the event organizers prohibit and do not allow us to refunds or exchanges after you have purchased the ticket.
YOU MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED
Please note that it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to Alderwood Inc. for a ticket order, including a billing address and other billing information. No ticket order is processed unless the credit card and billing information is verified. In case of existence of any inaccuracy, discrepancy or mistake in your billing and credit card information, your order may be cancelled by Alderwood Inc. and your tickets may be sold to another consumer without further notice.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ALDERWOOD INC.'S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of Alderwood Inc.'s trade marks and intellectual property is illegal. Your tickets will be cancelled or seized, if any attempt is made on your part to unlawfully resell any ticket. Without the written express consent of Alderwood Inc., no ticket shall be used for promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising purposes.
ALDERWOOD INC. HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR AND INCLEMENT WEATHER
Alderwood Inc. reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, or the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket, such as inclement weather, which are announced on Alderwood-md.com.
LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket through Alderwood Inc., you expressly agree to be bound by Alderwood Inc.'s Terms and Conditions on your behalf and your children or any minor accompanying you to the event. You further expressly agree to bear and assume all the risks and liabilities pertinent to, and as the result of, the event ( before, during or after the event) that Alderwood Inc. has issued the ticket for.
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KINDRED HILLS
By purchasing tickets to and attending events presented by Alderwood Inc. (such as Kindred Hills), I agree to the following warnings, considerations, indemnities, and releases:
Kindred Hills is an outdoor event. Portions of the activities occur in dimly lit and dark natural environments which contain risks and dangers including, but not limited to, loose surfaces, rocks, sticks, tree roots, uneven surfaces, etc. which could cause slips, trips, falls, etc. and result in injuries such as bruises, strains, sprains, cuts, broken bones, heart attacks, emotional distress, etc. Kindred Hills is meant to be scary, and is not responsible for the consequences of the reactions to these scares, such as, but not limited to, pushing, tripping, bumping, falling, or leaving the marked trail. Other portions of the activities may include theatrical element such as strobe lights, fog machines, open flame, theatrical sound and lighting. Anyone sensitive to these effects should not participate.
Participants must not have any mental, medical, or physical conditions which put them at risk to themselves or to others. People who are pregnant, have a heart condition, or other health concerns should not participate.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all parties and persons (owners, property owners, employees, etc) associated with Ball Road Ventures LLC and Alderwood Inc. from any expenses, including medical or attorneys fees relating or resulting in any way from your entry to and involvement in Alderwood Inc.'s presentation of Kindred Hills. In the event that you buy a ticket, provide another person money to buy a ticket, or deliver a ticket for use in Alderwood Inc.'s presentation of Kindred Hills to another person, you agree to be responsible to make certain that those persons to whom you buy, give or deliver tickets also indemnify and hold harmless the parties and persons associated with Ball Road Ventures LLC and Alderwood Inc. from claims by those persons. You agree to make certain that those persons to whom you buy, give or deliver tickets are aware of all warnings and agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to this indemnity provision, you do not have permission to enter Alderwood Inc.'s presentation of Kindred Hills.
By choosing to participate in Alderwood Inc.'s presentation of Kindred Hills, you agree that: 1) You have read and understood the above statements and agree to assume any and all risks associated with your decision to participate, 2) You agree to release Alderwood Inc., Ball Road Ventures LLC and their directors, owners, employees, and property owners of liability for any injuries or other harm that you or your minor child(ren) may suffer at the event, 3) You declare that your condition of physical health is well enough to physically endure the rigor and stresses of these activities.
Release: Participants assume all risks and responsibilities while on Ball Road Ventures LLC's property and waive Alderwood Inc. and Ball Rd Ventures LLC., and all property owners, of any and all responsibilities.
