These Policies & Procedures for Purchase are subject to www.bleuhorizon.be Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference, here in these policies.
The ticket you buy from www.bleuhorizon.be is only a license to attend a specific event you have purchased the ticket for, and such license can be revoked, if any of www.bleuhorizon.bes’ policies, Terms & Conditions, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by You, the purchaser of such ticket.

HOW YOU PAY FOR TICKETS
You have a variety of options to pay for the tickets you purchase from horizon. We accept major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The price of tickets for the events taking place within the United States is in U.S. Dollar.

YOU BUY FROM THE EVENT ORGANIZERS,
WWW.BLEUHORIZON.BE SOLELY FACILITATE YOUR PURCHASE OF TICKET
www.bleuhorizon.be facilitates your purchase of tickets from the organizations and entities i.e. the “event organizers”. www.bleuhorizon.be solely handles the transactions and collects payments for the tickets sold by the “event organizer”. Therefore, You will be buying your ticket from the “event organizer” while www.bleuhorizon.be only acts as the provider of sale services for your purchase. If you exchange your tickets or purchase tickets by using Exchange Tickets facility services, you buy tickets from either a reseller who is not an event organizer, or www.bleuhorizon.be, or the event organizer. www.bleuhorizon.be is only provider of the services for such sales, unless www.bleuhorizon.be sells tickets through the Exchange Ticket method.

TICKET PRICES ARE SET BY THE “EVENT ORGANIZERS”

www.bleuhorizon.be acts as the facilitator for sale of tickets and sells tickets for the benefit of the “event organizers “ including; promoters, providers, bands, performers and the venues. The “event organizers” will set the ticket prices and determine seating arrangements. www.bleuhorizon.be generally is not involved in determining the tickets prices, nor in the seating arrangements or locations of the sold tickets. Tickets are sold via several distribution centers, including online, information center and retail stores. www.bleuhorizon.be does not control the inventory of the tickets or their availability. Since there is always the possibility that tickets to favorable events sell out very fast, extra tickets could be foreseen and may be available prior to the event but as stressed earlier, www.bleuhorizon.be does not control such inventory or its availability. www.bleuhorizon.be also facilitates the resale of tickets and handles relevant transactions on ExchangeTickets . Please take into consideration the fact that tickets sold through www.bleuhorizon.be’s ExchangeTicket service are often sold at a higher prices than their original prices. Occasionally, the additional tickets for subsequent distribution may be allocated to, and received by, www.bleuhorizon.be or other distributors, centers, which may have higher demands or the same status as the tickets sold on Exchange Ticket, or may be put for sale at a lesser price than the price charged on Exchange Ticket.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Please note that if after you submitted the required payment information, you do not receive a confirmation number/ letter, or email, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Section, whether or not your requested order has been placed. www.bleuhorizon.be will not be liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to your erroneous presumption that your order has not been placed because you did not receive confirmation.
FACILITATION & PROCESSING CHARGES
When you purchase tickets on horizon, you will be charged a facilitation fee per ticket and a non-refundable processing fee per order. Your tickets may be subject to a delivery cost/fee, if applicable.

YOU CAN BUY LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS
In order to establish a fair purchasing method and to prevent unfair attempts and practices of buying tickets, there is a limitation on the particular number of the tickets you may purchase for a specific event i.e. the“purchase limit”. The “purchase limit” for each event would be determined by www.bleuhorizon.be.

AFTER YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS,
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROHIBITED
Please carefully select and purchase your desired event on horizon. You must thoroughly review all information pertinent to the event, including but not limited to the date, time and contents of the programs and event/s, prior to purchasing any tickets on horizon. This is of highly importance since the event organizers prohibit and do not allow us to refund or exchange, after you have purchased the ticket. You also need to safeguard your tickets because the event organizers do not allow any refund or exchange for your lost, stolen, destroyed, torn, obliterated or damaged tickets.

YOUR MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING &
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED, IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED
Please note that it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to www.bleuhorizon.be for a ticket order, including a billing address and other billing information. No ticket order could be processed unless the credit card and billing information is verified. In case of existence of any inaccuracy, discrepancy or mistake in your billing and credit card information, your order may be cancelled by www.bleuhorizon.be and your tickets may be sold to another consumer without further notice. However, the Consumer Department of www.bleuhorizon.be will try to contact you through the information you have provided and if www.bleuhorizon.be not able to contact you, your ticket may be cancelled and sold.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF WWW.BLEUHORIZON.BE’S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of www.bleuhorizon.be’s trade marks and intellectual property is illegal unless www.bleuhorizon.be has expressly consented in writing. Your tickets will be cancelled or seized, if any attempt is made on your part to unlawfully resell any ticket . Without the written express consent of the event organizer and www.bleuhorizon.be, no ticket shall be used for the promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising purposes.

WWW.BLEUHORIZON.BE HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR
www.bleuhorizon.be reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, or the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket which are announced on horizon caused by a machine or human error, computer malfunctions, and /or other www.bleuhorizon.be’s operational system and programs.

LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket through www.bleuhorizon.be, you expressly agree to be bound by www.bleuhorizon.be’s Terms and Conditions ( Pls. review www.bleuhorizon.be’s Term & Conditions, which are herein, incorporated by reference) on your behalf and your children or any minor accompanying you to the event. Les billets sont vendus via plusieurs centres de distribution, y compris en ligne, centre d’information et magasins de détail. www.bleuhorizon.be ne contrôle pas l’inventaire des billets ni leur disponibilité. Vous devez examiner attentivement toutes les informations pertinentes à l’événement, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la date, l’heure et le contenu des programmes et des événements, avant d’acheter des billets à l’horizon. Ceci est d’une grande importance car les organisateurs de l’événement interdisent et ne nous permettent pas de rembourser ou d’échanger, après que vous ayez acheté le billet. WWW.BLEUHORIZON.BE A LE DROIT D’ANNULER ET DE REMBOURSER VOTRE BILLET EN CAS D’ERREUR
www.bleuhorizon.be se réserve le droit d’annuler et de rembourser votre billet lorsqu’une erreur survient en ce qui concerne le prix, ou l’heure de disponibilité pour la vente, et / ou d’autres questions pertinentes pour le billet qui sont annoncées à l’horizon causées par une erreur machine ou humaine, des dysfonctionnements informatiques et / ou d’autres systèmes et programmes opérationnels de www.bleuhorizon.be.

RESPONSABILITÉ LIMITÉE

www.bleuhorizon.be vergemakkelijkt uw aankoop van tickets bij de organisaties en entiteiten, d.w.z. de "organisatoren van evenementen". www.bleuhorizon.be handelt uitsluitend de transacties af en int betalingen voor de tickets die door de "organisator van het evenement" worden verkocht. Daarom koopt u uw ticket bij de "organisator van het evenement" terwijl www.bleuhorizon.be alleen optreedt als de aanbieder van verkoopdiensten voor uw aankoop. TICKETPRIJZEN WORDEN BEPAALD DOOR DE "ORGANISATOREN VAN EVENEMENTEN"

www.bleuhorizon.be treedt op als facilitator voor de verkoop van tickets en verkoopt tickets ten behoeve van de "organisatoren van evenementen", waaronder; promotors, providers, bands, artiesten en de locaties. De "organisatoren van evenementen" zullen de ticketprijzen bepalen en de zitplaatsen bepalen. www.bleuhorizon.be is over het algemeen niet betrokken bij het bepalen van de ticketprijzen, noch bij de zitplaatsen of locaties van de verkochte tickets. Tickets worden verkocht via verschillende distributiecentra, waaronder online, informatiecentrum en winkels. www.bleuhorizon.be heeft geen controle over de inventaris van de tickets of hun beschikbaarheid. Aangezien er altijd de mogelijkheid is dat tickets voor gunstige evenementen zeer snel uitverkocht zijn, kunnen extra tickets worden voorzien en kunnen ze voorafgaand aan het evenement beschikbaar zijn, maar zoals eerder benadrukt, heeft www.bleuhorizon.be geen controle over dergelijke inventaris of de beschikbaarheid ervan. www.bleuhorizon.be vergemakkelijkt ook de doorverkoop van tickets en verwerkt relevante transacties op ExchangeTickets. BEVESTIGINGSNUMMER
Houd er rekening mee dat als u na het indienen van de vereiste betalingsinformatie geen bevestigingsnummer / brief of e-mail ontvangt, het uw verantwoordelijkheid is om met uw klantensectie te bevestigen of uw gevraagde bestelling al dan niet is geplaatst. www.bleuhorizon.be is niet aansprakelijk voor enige geldelijke/geldelijke en/of andere verliezen als gevolg van uw onjuiste vermoeden dat uw bestelling niet is geplaatst omdat u geen bevestiging hebt ontvangen.
FACILITERINGS- EN VERWERKINGSKOSTEN
Wanneer u tickets op horizon koopt, worden er faciliteringskosten per ticket en niet-restitueerbare verwerkingskosten per bestelling in rekening gebracht. Uw tickets kunnen onderhevig zijn aan bezorgkosten/ kosten, indien van toepassing.

U KUNT EEN BEPERKT AANTAL TICKETS KOPEN
Om een eerlijke aankoopmethode vast te stellen en oneerlijke pogingen en praktijken van het kopen van tickets te voorkomen, is er een beperking op het specifieke aantal tickets dat u voor een specifiek evenement kunt kopen, d.w.z. de "aankooplimiet". De "aankooplimiet" voor elke gebeurtenis zou worden bepaald door www.bleuhorizon.be.

NADAT U UW TICKETS HEBT GEKOCHT,
TERUGBETALINGEN OF OMRUILINGEN ZIJN VERBODEN
Selecteer en koop zorgvuldig uw gewenste evenement aan de horizon. U moet alle informatie die relevant is voor het evenement grondig doornemen, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot de datum, tijd en inhoud van de programma's en het evenement /de evenementen, voordat u tickets koopt. Dit is van groot belang omdat de organisatoren van het evenement ons verbieden en niet toestaan om terug te betalen of om te ruilen, nadat u het ticket hebt gekocht. U moet ook uw tickets beschermen omdat de organisatoren van het evenement geen terugbetaling of omruiling toestaan voor uw verloren, gestolen, vernietigde, gescheurde, vernietigde of beschadigde tickets.

UW MUST BIEDT NAUWKEURIGE EN ACTUELE FACTURERING &
CREDITCARDGEGEVENS.
UW TICKETS KUNNEN WORDEN GEANNULEERD ALS DE INFORMATIE NIET IS GEVERIFIEERD
Houd er rekening mee dat het uw plicht is om nauwkeurige en actuele facturerings- en creditcardgegevens te verstrekken aan www.bleuhorizon.be voor een ticketbestelling, inclusief een factuuradres en andere factuurgegevens. Er kan geen ticketbestelling worden verwerkt tenzij de creditcard- en factuurgegevens zijn geverifieerd. In geval van onnauwkeurigheid, discrepantie of fout in uw factuur- en creditcardgegevens, kan uw bestelling door www.bleuhorizon.be worden geannuleerd en kunnen uw tickets zonder verdere kennisgeving aan een andere consument worden verkocht. De consumentenafdeling van www.bleuhorizon.be zal echter proberen contact met u op te nemen via de informatie die u hebt verstrekt en als www.bleuhorizon.be geen contact met u kunnen opnemen, kan uw ticket worden geannuleerd en verkocht.
ONGEOORLOOFD GEBRUIK VAN DE HANDELSMERKEN EN INTELLECTUELE EIGENDOM VAN WWW.BLEUHORIZON.BE IS ILLEGAAL
Het gebruik van de handelsmerken en intellectuele eigendom van www.bleuhorizon.be is illegaal, tenzij www.bleuhorizon.be uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk toestemming heeft gegeven. Uw tickets worden geannuleerd of in beslag genomen als er een poging van uw kant wordt gedaan om een ticket onrechtmatig door te verkopen. Zonder de schriftelijke uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de organisator van het evenement en www.bleuhorizon.be, mag geen ticket worden gebruikt voor promotionele, sweepstakes of reclamedoeleinden.

WWW.BLEUHORIZON.BE HEEFT HET RECHT OM UW TICKET TE ANNULEREN EN TERUG TE BETALEN IN GEVAL VAN EEN FOUT
www.bleuhorizon.be behoudt zich het recht voor om uw ticket te annuleren en terug te betalen wanneer zich een fout voordoet met betrekking tot de prijs, of het tijdstip van beschikbaarheid voor verkoop, en/of andere relevante zaken aan het ticket die op horizon worden aangekondigd veroorzaakt door een machine- of menselijke fout, computerstoringen en /of andere operationele systemen en programma's van www.bleuhorizon.be.

BEPERKTE AANSPRAKELIJKHEID
Wanneer u een ticket koopt via www.bleuhorizon.be, gaat u er uitdrukkelijk mee akkoord gebonden te zijn aan de Algemene Voorwaarden van www.bleuhorizon.be (Pls. bekijk de Algemene Voorwaarden van www.bleuhorizon.be, die hierin zijn opgenomen, opgenomen door verwijzing) namens u en uw kinderen of elke minderjarige die u naar het evenement vergezelt. U gaat er verder uitdrukkelijk mee akkoord om alle risico's en aansprakelijkheden te dragen en op u te nemen die relevant zijn voor en als gevolg van het evenement (voor, tijdens of na het evenement) waarvoor www.bleuhorizon.be het ticket heeft uitgegeven.
