Hi there !

I have had a couple of different requests and therefore I made a couple of different ticket options.

I have had people wondering if I am still taking on annual clients - I am not, however some people asked "what about follow on support after the course".  I have taken this on board and I have added 3 ticket options.

1. Course only : this is for the managers being sent by their employers for the day (mainly, I am open to discussion).

2. Course and 30 days HR Admin Advice Access - this will be beneficial for employers who maybe are looking to set some policies and procedures after the course. They may also have a staff issue that needs resolving. 

3. Course and 60 days HR Admin Advice Access - this is similar to the above, only for longer. For example, if there is an employee that needs managing / recruiting/ disciplinary etc. 

 

Note - the 30-60 days HR Admin Access is on email or phone during office hours, Monday to Friday. They do not include site visits however if this is a request we can look into this also. 

Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions, I will only be giving out the location of the course when the tickets have been fully paid. I am aware that I have over 11,000 followers on Instagram and therefore I wish to protect my course and my attendees. 

 

The course will cover all of the basic employment legislation. Everyone will get a workbook of HR templates and we will go through them during the day on how to personalise them. So when you leave, you will have personalised your own employee handbook.

Also, we will cover the paperwork you need in place for employees, offer some templates and review of documents also.

We will discuss mediation and disciplinary meetings and how to informally/formally proceed with these.

 

I want you to leave after the day and feel that you have a renewed outlook on how to manage your teams failrly, but remain in control.
