The Voice of Taylor's is the first-ever stand-alone singing competition for Year 6-11 students at Talyor's International School Puchong.
The aim of the competition is to develop a high level of expertise, promote self-confidence and self-worth amongst the performers.
In showcasing their talents at this event we hope to provide yet another platform for the students to shine.
The competition this year will be judged by both a panel of external judges from a vocal academy in Kuala Lumpur and the audience. Scores will be allocated based on:
Vocal Pitching, Rhythm and Diction
Expression, Emotion and Showmanship
Costume, Overall impression, impact and stage presence.
Scores will be added up and the winners will be announced per category and per age group. There are two age groups: Junior (Year 6-8) and Senior (Year 9-11).
Trophies will be awarded for Top Solo, Top Duet and Top Trio (where applicable) and Runners-up in each category; these will be awarded for both Junior and Senior Sections.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
