I buy very expensive tickets in the amount of 1,000 for 4 pcs . when i booked the tickets on line it show that you will be on the second row and when we come there I fine my place far from the stage. if I know that this is how it will be I will buy less expensive one. we had a great time. Thank you

EVENT STARTED OFF WITH A BAD NOTE AND DISHONEST!! EVENT IN MIAMI WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUTDOORS AND WAS ADVERTISED INDOORS AND SOMETHING MUST HAVE OCCURED LAST MINUTE IN TERMS OF THE AVAILABLE SPACE AND CAPACITY THAT THE ROOM CAN HOLD SO IT WAS MOVED OUTDOORS AND WAS LIKE A PICNIC NONE THE LESS AND MY SEATS WERE NOT EVEN WHAT I PAID FOR AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY TO RESPOND BACK AND PROVIDE A REFUND TO THOSE WHO LIVE IN MIAMI AND CANNOT TRAVEL OUT FOR
Seems like it’s the first event this production has done. Event was outdoor, the stage was too low and the led screens didn’t work and the show got canceled in the middle of the song.

this event was emberacing for the artist and he had nothing to do with it. It was ashame how everything was handeled and the outcom was the pick. I spent $430 not including the rediculaous self parking amount of $45. I was feeling bad for the artist that was truly there to spread love with his beautiful songs and voice. this was clearly unprofetional on the production side only.

Happy Passover. The concert was so disappointing. Shame on organizers. See my comments below. Making money is great for the organizers but you are very short sighted. Start on time and respect your audience. Have the proper permits, respect the singer! He seemed so bombed when he said he had to play one more song! Concert experience last night wasn’t cool at all!

Terrible. The setup was a disaster - cutting the concert short was obviously the biggest disappointment. What a terribly planned and executed event . Shame on the organizers and Ishay Ribo and his team for charging admission to such a disaster. I hope everyone’s tickets will be refunded accordingly. There was no indication when purchasing the tickets that the concert would be outside . Had I known it was an outdoor concert, I would have never gone.

The event details weren’t explained well ! We are not familiar with the venue and didn’t know it will be outside (almost rained) !! They didn’t mention to bring umbrellas or anything about weather conditions … We thought it is going to be inside the hotel in a hall designed for the show ! It was absolutely outrageous! We paid for indoor chairs and not for outdoor show in the cold windy weather. The sound was horrible, we couldn’t see anything’s from our seats and the screens were not even hanging high to assist. Not to mention that the show started 30 minutes late and stopped brutally 45 min after, in the middle of the song because apparently there were no permits for the show. i’m going to dispute my transaction for purchasing those tickets.
Couldn't enjoy the concert due to severity of the weather as the organizers didn't set up properly and concerns was shut down by police department.

It was an incredible experience. Ishai and the team are the most loveliest group of people. Me and my husband we had a blast. The energy was just right and it made our evening a one to remember. Thank you to NCSY for having the cause to have Ishai over in Toronto.

The concert was 10 stars plus!!! It was an amazing event ! Tfe energy of the crowd was incredible! Ishsy and his band members were outstanding! The vidiual lighting effects were phenomenal and truly added to the electrifying fun experience!!! Wow! What a humble sincere performer!!! Ishsy was outstanding!! He truly treated his audience with love and appreciation and respect. He was so grateful for them. It was a great night for all ages.

THERE IS NO BRACHA AND BLESSING IN STEALING AND NOT REFUNDING PEoPLE THEIR MONEY FOR THEIR PURCHASED TICKETS WHEN THEY DON'T LIVE IN OTHER AREA WHERE FUTURE CONCERTS WILL BE AND LET ALONE IGNORE ALL THEIR EMAILS FOR A REFUND. GD IS WATCHING AND THAT ALL THAT MATTERS
Very disappointed for the way things have been organized. The production should have mentioned it’s an outdoor event Instead of mentioning where to park or where’s the restroom in your emails where to Show started 45 min delay and got canceled in the middle. I felt really bad for the singer and very mad for the producers. I really hope that you’ll take responsibility and do another event or refund the purchase.

Shame on the organizer who didn’t do his jobs right and made the show to stop before it even started , how come the police came and cut the show without no explanation , feel bad for my self that I didn’t feel good, and paid so much money and Isay Ribo no body respect him as they needed to suck an amazing singer make him feel embers after the police shut off the cable , unbelievable !!!

To pay $100/ticket plus $45/parking and not even get one hour of concert is robbery. If the city noise permit only lasted until 9:45 pm them you should have scheduled the concert for 7:30 rather than 8:30. It’s not right. Pls let me know how you can rectify this for me.

The show was advertised to be 2H it lasted 40 min. Our seats were moved and we could not see the stage even though we were one the first people to purchase tickets

Happy Passover! My husband and I looked forward to this concert. Tickets were not cheap. The experience was one big mess! It was very windy which is beyond the organizers’ control, but why did the concert start 30 minutes late? It was called for 8:30 and it started at 9:00pm. Then at 9:45pm we were told that concert has to stop because the organizers didn’t get the proper permit for the noise? This is disrespect to the audience. This is Chutzpah not to have permits!
The fact that no one knew this was being outdoors, and that the cops pulled the plug this is dispute worthy. So mismanaged, we couldn't see the stage even when standing the 2 screens where so low that only the front ppl saw it, ppl who were able to see the sarge anyway.
