When Beca starts her freshman year at St. Bonaventure University, she is completely uninterested in all the classes, people, and especially the clubs that her school has to offer. However, when she is approached by the two captains of the SBU Dance Team, she is somehow convinced to give dance a try. Through many contentious rehearsals, competitions against the Dance Team's rival, the SBU Hip Hop Team, and some rocky relationships with her fellow teammates and the Hip Hop Team's newest star, Jesse, Beca finds herself unsure of how to manage her first year at school. With the help of her friends, some fresh choreography ideas, and a mash-up of some of this generation's greatest hits, "Pointe Perfect", our rendition of the movie Pitch Perfect, is sure to be a high-energy thriller all the way to the final bows.
