The cash line for the beer/drinks was extremely slow. The individual said they were not trained to pick up the beers and was not proactive in getting orders filled. The other lines were moving much faster and efficiently.
The event was not well organized this year. Space not well utilized. Food, beer lots more impt than dog races. Not well attended.
I can’t say the second band had much to do with Oktoberfest! Reggae?? Hmmmm. Really liked the king dog races and could watch more of that next year. Need a larger viewing area as it was popular. Maybe the hillside near the main stage. Beer was great. Didn’t eat the food so cannot comment.

I worked the pumpkin painting booth. Once we got paint, it was great. Next year, 2 tables put together to make one long one. Paint should be on tables before event starts. When we had paint, the kids and parents loved this event.

Staff in yellow shirts were very helpful and pleasant.
Loved the dog races and axe throwing.

More vendors would have been nice. Needed 2 drink areas, lines were long.
Everything is to spread out. Why is the food y beer so far away from the tent with tables y chairs? People were carrying many items trying not to spill them. You could have valet service from the food to the seating y tip the valet 25 cents or so y make a little more money. It was not well laid out. I worked mostly at the beer tent area. It wasn't well organized either, but they did ok. It was a lot of fun there. I love the event, it is important to raise $$ for Mount Evans,
I’d go again as location is easy and ticket prices were good. I think it will get better each year.
Need additional vendors.
The Band Stand was located to remote to the other activities.
The parking was confusing. Next year more signs would help. All else was perfect!
It was confusing on your website as to what times the bands were playing. At one point it said that Polka Folka would play from 3-5PM and then later it said Noon-2PM. I really wanted to see Polka Folka but I missed them due to the confusion on the website.
The event was so much fun! I enjoyed it very much. However, it might be a good idea to have more credit card lines for beer, or more tents for beer. The wait for one beer tent was a bit long.

Long dog race too crowded, unorganized. But fantastic! Just need a bigger area, more crowd control. Obviously, the most popular part of the day!
We know the festival is in its infancy and you are still working out the kinks. One the kinks get worked out, it will be a great tradition in Evergreen and a great benefit for Mount Evans. KINKS: The food was too expensive for the tiny portions. The pretzels were dry and inedible. Well run, fun event, but wish they had had better bands, Reggae music is not too relatable, Tunisia last year played songs most people know and like to hear dance to.
