About Us
Fierce Women of Faith is an interfaith coalition of women committed to increasing peace in our communities. We advocate to help individuals channel anger and grief into activism for change, in solidarity with families and communities throughout Chicagoland. Everyone benefits when the quality of life in our city improves in communities plagued by a horrific siege of hopelessness and violence. Our opportunity to work for change lies in our experience as women - mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, aunts, surrogate mothers, mentors and mentees - representing organizations throughout our city and suburbs, of various races, cultures, faith and communities.
