Michelle began her Pilates journey in March 2020 but has been a fitness instructor since 2013 teaching Body Pump and Circuits classes. Looking for something different for both her own training and for teaching, Pilates seemed to fit perfectly. Michelle teaches Classical Mat Pilates with a modern twist and incorporates both Yoga and Barre into her routines. Pilates is for everyone, of all abilities and Michelle's classes will always include modifications so that you can tailor your workout to you on the day as we all know, every day can be different for both mind and body. Pilates focuses on the main principles of Centre, Precision, Flow, Breathing, Control & Concentration blending both mind and body during the class.

Please let your teacher know of any injuries before the class

We provide mats and all equipment and you will have the use of our showers and towels (charge of €1 per towel) after your class. All mats are disinfected ahead of classes.

Book early to avoid disappointment. Online Booking closes 12 hours before class starts.

Michelle comenzó su viaje de Pilates en marzo de 2020, pero ha sido instructora de fitness desde 2013 impartiendo clases de Body Pump y Circuits. Buscando algo diferente tanto para su propio entrenamiento como para la enseñanza, Pilates parecía encajar a la perfección. Michelle enseña Classical Mat Pilates con un toque moderno e incorpora Yoga y Barre en sus rutinas. Pilates es para todos, de todos los niveles y las clases de Michelle siempre incluirán modificaciones para que puedas adaptar tu entrenamiento a tu día. Como todos sabemos, cada día puede ser diferente tanto para la mente como para el cuerpo. Pilates se enfoca en los principios fundamentales de Centro, Precisión, Flujo, Respiración, Control y Concentración, combinando mente y cuerpo durante la clase.

Informen a la maestro si tienen o han tenido alguna lesión antes de comenzar la clase.

Disponemos de todo el material necesario para las clases, además pueden utilizar las duchas y toallas (cobramos 1€ por toalla) tras cualquier clase. Todos los tapetes se desinfectan antes de las clases.
