Despite yoga being created by men, for men, it’s still seen as predominantly a woman’s activity. It takes a brave man to walk into a class full of women but the health benefits of yoga benefit men as much as women, if not more. We are introducing an Introductory Yoga for Men, so that you can feel comfortable and at ease.  Yoga is best known for is ability to improve flexibility and connect the mind with the body.  It can boost energy levels and speed up the healing process in the body. This practice consists of a series of controlled movements. Most importantly Yoga can ease tensions deep in the connective tissues and help realign your body. 
If you are suffering from back aches, tight muscles - yoga could be the answer.

We provide mats and all equipment and you will have the use of our showers and towels after your class. All mats are disinfected ahead of classes.

Classes are available to Members and Guests. Class sizes limited due to Social Distancing.  Book early to avoid disappointment. Booking closes 12 hours before class starts.

Se necesita un hombre valiente para entrar en una clase llena de mujeres, pero los beneficios para la salud del yoga benefician tanto a los hombres como a las mujeres, si no más. El yoga es más conocido por su capacidad para mejorar la flexibilidad y conectar la mente con el cuerpo. Puede aumentar los niveles de energía y acelerar el proceso de curación en el cuerpo. Esta práctica consta de una serie de movimientos controlados. Lo más importante es que el yoga puede aliviar las tensiones profundas en los tejidos conectivos y ayudar a realinear su cuerpo. Si sufre de dolores de espalda, músculos tensos, el yoga podría ser la respuesta. ¡Por qué no probarlo?!

Disponemos de todo el material necesario para las clases, además pueden utilizar las duchas y toallas tras cualquier clase.
