Returns accepted up to 0 hours before the event.
Service charges may apply for the return of tickets as follows:
- Return for store credit: 0.00% of the ticket price is deducted
- Refund to your credit card: 100.00% of the ticket price is deducted

Exchange / upgrade accepted up to 6 hours before the event.
Before purchasing...
- Please double-check your schedule and cast as we cannot offer any refunds.
- Each student must have a parent or guardian attend the show with them as we will not have supervision.
- Anyone over the age of 2 does require a ticket.
- This dress rehearsal will NOT be a regular performance but will allow students to see how the show works.
