Exchanges will be accepted up to 6 hours before the show. There are no fees for exchanges.

Returns for store credit will be accepted up to 24 hours before the show.

If you would like to RETURN your tickets for store credit, you are welcome to do that yourself by clicking through the tabs:

"User menu > Tickets > Return Tickets" - Please note, you can either return your tickets for store credit, or you can return your tickets for NO refund. We cannot refund you any money through the site due to PTA policies.
