Gateway Arts partners with Portal Theater Troupe and GiGi's Playhouse to present Shrek the Musical! Come see our amazing cast of Actors from Gateway Theater and Portal Theater Troupe in this fully inclusive production. 50% of all proceeds will be donated to GiGi's Playhouse to continue their amazing work in our community. GiGi's Playhouse Rockford is a Down syndrome achievement center for individuals of all ages to recieve FREE educational, therapeutic, career-minded, and social programming. Portal Theater Troupe is a theater branch of Gateway Arts, giving individuals with Down syndrome a place to sing, dance, act, and perform fully staged productions. Shrek marks the first fully inclusive production for Gateway and Portal and launches our coming series of shows/fundraisers just like it for GiGi's Playhouse.
