Lo mejor de lo mejor
It was not clear if parking was included but there was someone at the entrance charging 20 dollars. I noticed some people paid while others did not.
Lack ofSecurity people fighting, VIP people was not able to enjoy the show because off all standing people that was in front .

El concierto excellence la confusión con las mesas VIP NO ME PARECIÓ pero ahí te lo dejo para q la próxima no suceda. Esperando siempre por los mejores conciertos con ustedes.
Everything was fine, just the weather didn't help too much. And some extra bathrooms would be fine for next time.
En mi experiencia personal, este evento no se le puede nombrar internacional ya que era un evento muy específico en tres países. Segundo creo que ese sitio no es para ese tipo de conciertos por el motivo de que no cuenta con un techado apropiado para protección de la lluvia.
Solo dos porque los artistas fueron con todas ganas. Pero el VIP fue todo un fracaso y una vergüenza. Como van a invitar a EEUU a un lugar así lleno de barro y mal organizado. Solo se embolsaron con dinero y el setup y Venue todo un fracaso. En nuestros países ahí mejor escenarios. Sorry Díamante but a total venue failure.
easy process.
Las Palmeras put on a great show. I didnt have to go all the way to queens, ny, but why say the show is at 9pm when the band didnt start till 11pm, especially on a weeknight. Put down showtime on the damn ticket!! Para que dicen el show es ala 9 si el grupo no empezo hasta la 11pm, esecialmente durante un dia de semana?

La organizacion estaba bien, mucho cuidado con las cervezas que dejan en el piso, puede causar accidentes.

Signs outside had poor quality, event supported to start at 9:00 and door wasn’t even open at 9. 3 hrs wait is not ok
Casi 2 horas esperando la actuación del grupo y eso es una falta de consideración muy grande.
Necesita haber más espacio en las mesas éramos 8 personas en una mesa para 4 pequeña
in the ticketor app doesn't appear except for the tables at the front nothing like reserved sitting and I understand unless have a Reserved sign it was free to take it. White sofas around the back area were supposed to be RESERVED? A rude bartender started to yell at me, call security and treat me disrespectfully about the sitting. Next one I encourage you to be clear in your app which ones are the reserved seats

No one checked for tickets at the door and people entered the event without a ticket. No one followed the rules of the event and entered with coolers, beverages and alcohol. Started very late and I felt it was very disorganized
It was my first time attending an event with this company. The experience was terrible and will not use them again!
Poor organization, music was good
The event should have advertised or updated that no beer would be sold. They also should have suggested people bring their own chairs. Needed to be better organized, people keep setting up their tents in front of people that were there, blocking the view. The people that sold food were not good. Food was horrible and there was a huge delay on getting it.

I was please the concert was not cancelled despite the rain and lightning considering it was outdoors. Perhaps next time have tents in case of rain.

I like the artists performance. I specially loved Beby Aponte and Jorge Eduardo. I didn’t appreciate the artists started performing 3 hours after the announced time. The ticket says 9pm and the artists started signing around mid night and ended after 2am. Besides, at least one of the singers was cut short and singed fewer songs than the ones the audience expected. That is lack of respect.

The place wasnt prepared for a rainy day! We were like pigs in the mud I couldnt bring my kids... and the groups gave us an excellent show!
Sorry Díamante but a total venue failure at Prince William fairgrounds. BIG MISTAKE.

The only bad thing they say the show was at 9.00p.m but the band didnt start till 11, put the showtime on the damn ticket! Para que decian que el show era ala 9 si el grupo no empezo hasta la 11pm, especialmente durante un dia de semana!

Sound was very bad. No control on people going in the front. We payed front seats and a lot of people went in front of us. Sound of base was very unpleasant.

Horrible experience!!! Poorly organized!! Waited more than 2 hours for the gates to open with no updates whatsoever from organizing company!! Did not fulfilled as advertised, shortages of food and drinks for sale, had to wait almost an hour to buy drinks and just as long for food!! All this because of the poor organization from this company that failed to obtain and or acquired the needed information, permits and such is what the “master of ceremonies” said!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This event was ridiculous, overpriced and a complete scam. Poor planning on your end. I went for the “food” you advertised and there wasn’t anything. The event started 2 hours late. The food that there was was way overpriced. I want a refund because this event was absolutely pathetic.

The organizer is a liar indicating that the bull run parking lot was found drinking before the event started when they did not have permission to sell alcohol, thus making all Bolivians look bad and the place was very strict and the security company was very bad, they believed they were policemen in another tell the truth and start at the indicated time

The event was amazing! I was so happy to see these groups perform live and represent our culture. I couldn’t wait for the concert ever since this event was announced!

Very poor and and embarrassing organization. Not having a approval for the fire Marshall was the worsening problem and blaming to something not relative to it was pathetic. No ambulance no first aid tent on the event was worse mistake. Even the security guards were in shock on the bad organization. In the future hired staff knowledgeable for this type of events and serve de public who brings you revenue, and not hired people just to be in the picture to claim fame.

Upon getting there prior 11pm. There was a huge line of people. They said they couldn’t honor the complimentary tickets for women before 11pm. The line forming was for all different type of ticket attendees. A line shouldn’t be an issue for ticket holders. People that are there prior 11pm and have a ticket should not have to wait in the same line. It doesn’t make sense that they use a line to not honor a ticket.. I left due to the poor organi

Too hot and unorganised. Sound was not very pleasant either.
Jambao did a great job, even though the place was too hot.
Artist was great. Venue was horrible. As an avid concert goer, this wasn’t worth $50. I’ve been to nicer venues w/ better production and paid the same amount or less.
It was super hot, no need for that many people if air circulation is going to be affected. The music was great!! Could have been longer. People pushing to get infront of you who were not VIP, made it uncomfortable.
There was no AC at all inside the venue.
It was so hot that I couldn’t enjoy the show! The guys from Jambao were soaking wait of sweat but they never stopped. I am sure they had a bad experience as well working in such bad environment!
The mini space and the ambience are not good at all, it was really warm further u couldn’t breathe or dance.
