   Awesome time!!! Super exciting for the kids to be on the Miami Heat court!!

     Very very disorganized, gaining information about the event, what the ticket included and accessing tickets for the game was almost impossible. Communication throughout the season was lacking but the entire All Star award system and event to collect his award was extremely frustrating and complicated. I did love the All Star game, events and the opportunity for the boys to play at the Miami Heat/FTX arena is great. The price per ticket/value for the money was disappointing.

   Great staff clean facility

 Good league. Would’ve liked more consistency with certain things throughout the season. Having the championship be the Court of Dreams is a great idea.

   No communication once again about what to expect, where to park, where to sit or anything. Also the refs were terrible, after the one Rec kept making excuses for things not being his call, he made a terrible call and overturned the other ref for something that was not his call. I can’t say we’ll be back. Great thought, poor execution.

     Didn’t

   Family night- poor communication from Dunk League. They called us to purchase tickets, thinking we were purchasing tickets that included food. I feel defrauded but the Dunk League.

     Product is subpar. This is all a money grab.
