   I paid for a table and when I arrived they told me they had to refund me for the table it was first come first serve basis and I wasn’t informed about this whenI purchased my tickets!! It was embarrassing, unexpectable for a large venue such as yours!!  The event itself was great but I would not recommend based on my experience

   Firstly the website should be more detailed in regards to reservations for tables. I also felt discriminated against when I seen a fan in the middle of the hallway facing the men's restrooms then I asked if they could make the fan rotate so it would hit both restrooms and I was told no. .that was so sexes and discriminative towards all the women there especially myself..besides that the music was ok the The Delfonics and DJ when he wasn't trying to scratch were fire.

     You guys need to make your contact info clearer. One clear contact for ticket exchange/refunds. I am never purchasing for an event from you guys again. I spent 150 to go to the event but couldn't even go because i had tables and no tickets.

   The pros: security and line management were great. There was clear communication and the line moved quickly. Venue was large and bar was easily accessible. Very clean and atmosphere was decent. The cons: the sound was terrible all night. The bass was so overpowering at certain points that you couldn’t even make out what song was playing. DJ played same songs over and over. Waited 2 plus hours to see Howard Johnson and ECK. Almost left because it took so long.

 It was NOT disclose that the tables were an additional cost of $100. That falls under misrepresentation. I had previously sent a message about seating! The environment honestly was completely unsafe due to the type and size of crowd!!! I never saw ANY security!! Someone threw up I had to get someone to clean up the mess unacceptable paying $100 extra for a table. Tables had up to 10 people plus sitting!!! We ONLY STAYED to see Evelyn champagne king!      The event was good. I definitely had a good time....my only complaint would be how many people per table was allowed. There was way too many people in the booth next to mine. That they started to block ours and we couldn’t see the performance. We didn’t have floor tables and I’m glad because it was too crowded.

 It was a great and fun event, much needed. Definitely, needs improvement seems like every event is very unorganized. Biggest problems, food and beer service and restrooms was terrible, horrible!!!! Most of all, restrooms were horrible especially for the ladies. Need more restrooms, bars, bartenders and servers.

   I love being able to buy a booth. Doors need to open when they say it’s going to open. Poor waiters were super busy. Bathrooms are about 20 mins. The worst thing was one female bartender was standing at the bar and i was Waiting for the bathroom, she tilted the trash can and liquid went straight into my boot.   I attended the Corona event and was very disappointed. Beside buckets costing $36 it was the hot beer and we ran out of ice and here's your drinks in the box they came in that did it for me. There was no announcement of what was next just random music and boom now a performer. The speaker volume was also low... the sound was only available to enjoy if you were directly in the stage area. Unfortunately my group of 6 decided to leave and go to another venue.

  Where has Firme Sundays been all my life!?  I'm from the 805, so I grew up on Oldies, Old School, Funk, High Energy- Wicked, Smokey, Technics... were it for me, pero OmarGod GETS DOWN! Every jam, had me singing and dancing more than the jam before. 100% ON POINT. So glad I went, saw and conquered the night with my OG 805 crew. I was dreading the drive since I drove down from Bakersfield but lemme tell you, I DO NOT REGRET IT one bit. Your hard work shows. Aplausos

   The only thing that was a little strange was we reserved a table and got a bottle and the server/waitress would not take any orders from us for any other type of drink. We had to physically get up and get it ourselves.

   I always enjoy your events, groups were great. The only thing I didn't care for was the bar. I would like a little more variety especially when your a low calorie drinker. Lol. Also, I would of like to know it was going to be cash only. And 15 dollar tall boys was a bit much, but I get it. Just more of a bar variety.
