State Street Ballet presents
Curtain Call 2024
State Street Ballet Summer Intensive Showcase
July 12, 2024
The State Street Ballet Summer Intensive brings more than 40 young dancers from across the nation and around the globe to Santa Barbara to train for four intensive weeks every summer. With the encouragement of State Street Ballet's faculty, young, aspiring artists have honed their classical, contemporary, modern, jazz, and choreography skills. The program also included seminars on nutrition, injury prevention, and the history of dance, providing a comprehensive and enriching experience.
The culminating performance will feature a dynamic program that includes classical ballet, contemporary works, and original choreography for these young dancers. Audiences can expect a diverse repertoire that highlights their versatility and dedication.
