 Excellent programme.

 Venue was good .programes entertaining . Lots is stalls for shopping . Didn’t like food choices . Should have been few known Bengali caterers to choose from . There was no proper tea coffee stall . Only masala tea by Tata. But overall enjoyed a lot and hope it will be an yearly event

 It was smooth registration and plenty of seats. Somewhat disorganised about the presentation of the show - falicitating the honarary guests, starting some prigrammes. Perhaps a bit over crowded in the small hall, diffucult to hear the performers at times due to vackground noise. Howver, the atmosphere generally was positive and enjoyable!

 Sound system was of really poor quality. Took qway much of the joy of liistening to live singing performances.

 The programme was not followed as per the schedule both in terms of the various events as well as the timings. Organisation appeared a little poor.

 It was a good event for a start however if it is to be held again in the future then bigger halls need to be booked to accommodate the attendees & make it a comfortable experience. Also, catering facilities have to be more. This time there was only one provider with limited choice of food. The car park of future venues need to be bigger as well as this time there was chaos & people were blocking other cars.

 Some suggestions for future . Local artists are very good . They should have shared the stage in big hall . There were very few places to sit on the other hall and it was with food , and other stalls . So very noisy . Next year please separate stalls from the performances. Better to have one hall for everything . We missed some of the good ones due to programmes running late in one or other hall . Please try to keep a descent timing .

 The performances were awesome- talented artists. Food was good as were the stall.
