An inspiring story of resilience and mentorship, viewed through the powerful lens of food, and a celebration of the art of gastronomy. It details the creation of Gustu, a fine-dining restaurant and cooking school for Bolivia’s impoverished youth, which kick started a gastronomic revolution in the country's capital of La Paz. Under the tutelage of founder Claus Meyer, who is also the co-founder of the world-famous Noma in Copenhagen, these young aspiring chefs work toward a better future as they attempt to establish their country as the world's next great culinary destination, similar to what Noma did for Scandinavia.
