Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. Validity: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the card will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
2. Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment and are non-transferable to any other individual.
3. No Exchanges or Returns: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service. Once purchased, no changes can be made.
4. Usage: Gift cards can only be used to purchase tickets for theatre events via our official booking site. They can also be used for other purchases, including merchandise, but excludes concessions.
5. Partial Use: If the purchase value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. No replacements will be issued.
7. Limited Availability: Gift cards are only available for purchase via our official channels and must be redeemed through our theatre ticket booking site (www.ticketor.com/BCB-PA).
8. Misuse: Any attempt to resell, alter, or misuse the gift card may result in cancellation.
