 The theatre was great for this play.

 Over the top!...beautiful..

 All of the actors were well prepared and were all very amazing. I especially loved Keanu, Anuhea, and Momilani. They were great at playing their parts and their lines were extremely funny. They played them very well. It was also nice to see it since my granddaughter had seen a preview of it due that she was in the Kamehameha Summer School; Performing Arts section. I loved the music. It was all sung beautifully and the main characters actors were extremely amazing.

 Tickets on line were easy and finding seats -Wish there were bigger signs up at the campus of where to go for tickets -also parking -where to park if not familiar w/place. Beautiful Theatre -seating comfortable. Enjoyed experience.

 Acoustics a bit LOUD...often difficult to understand singing/dialogue. Scenery/Setting (film?) excellent.

 It was a wonderful local production. Staging and costumes beyond our expectations. Music was moving and beautiful.

 One of the best plays we’ve attended. The music, plot, settings, lighting, costumes, choreography were excellent. The use of video for the background was very effective. Very impressed with music & lyrics. One comment abt volume of music. Was a bit difficult at times to hear lyrics.

 Absolutely wonderful...pulled at my heartstrings. James & Kai’ulani had such a magnetic chemistry. I was bursting with so much emotion and it gave me a deeper perspective into my Hawaiian history that I have taken for granted.

 It was extremely humorous and also informative. I had gone into the play not knowing what or who Princess Ka’iulani. There was so much information for me to learn about the Hawaiian culture. So many things had happened that I had no idea occurred. It was great to see the heritage that some of my grandchildren come from. It was such a great performance with all three music and the lines. All the actors got their characters personalities all perfect.

 Enjoyed it very much! Sorry I was able to see it just once (would have like to enjoy it again!). Purchasing tickets was not easy. I guess now days everyone is assumed to have a computer. I prefer to walk up to a box office.

 It was as good or better than most Diamond Head theater productions The main actress Ciana Pelekai seems destined for greatness. Her singing and acting were very emotion stirring and convincing. The male lead however felt a little less convincing in the part. The music was great and really made the scenes work well. Dancing cast were excellent . In all very entertaining and thought provoking.

 It was an AWESOME production!

 I enjoyed the music, most of the dancing, singing, and acting. The content of Hawaiian history. The newness of the individuals were a pleasure to see and hear. The future looks bright for these individuals. I pule for their success and will go to see them again in another play. There is pride in knowing we have talented people; young and older, in their journey in the theater business.

 It was a local event. Saw friends and local celebs joining audience. Felt good we were supporting HAwaii talent.

 Since I had read articles and the synopsis of the musical, I was able to follow the story. I think there were too many secondary plots that side tracked from the main story. If the protestors in the beginning indicated that the native Hawaiians are still facing the same issues that Queen Lilliokalani and Princess Kaiulani faced, I think there needs to be a stronger tie in with the main plot. I didn't like the stereotype of gay men.

 A well written story that is fitting in todays political landscape of Hawaii's people. The actors did an awesome job! "An overall outstanding performance!"

 Nice, comfortable theater with a well equipped stage. Props were good and costumes were fantastic.

 This story line is rather contentious with respect to what is currently going on, however, this rendition of a 'time travel plot' is brilliant! You can tell the Cast, every one of them, poured their heart into last nights iteration. Kudos to the whole Troupe!

 It was an amazing show... this was my second time seeing it... I am planning to see it again on Thursday, 7/18. I cannot wait!!!

 I was pleasantly surprised...only thing is the mikes were not really clear at some points and the words were hard to make out.

 The singing and costumes were superb. The parking was a little far to walk to the parking lot. I wish that they had portrayed the true history of who Princess Kaiulani really liked and what happened to her that led to her death . It was Robert Louis Stevenson the poet who was her admirer. She was supposed to have married one of the Hawaiian Kings, but she was not in love with the KIng. She died a sad death too.

 Good playwright/storyline; nice props and overall enjoyable with good mix of old Hawaii and present time.

 I loved the show very very much!! They were all great 👍 n very good at all their dancing n singing parts! I’m telling my friends n Ohana about this show n they should go n see it! The only thing I didn’t like was, there was no one or signs letting me know where I can park! I was hoping my car didn’t get towed when the show was done! But overall “KUDOS” to the performers ❤️

 I especially enjoyed the opening protest scene. Very talented actors and actresses.

 This had a lot of potential and some moments were truly memorable, but the sound quality is so bad that sometimes I had to cringe. The story kept on getting more and more random as time went on and I've seen better sets at high school musicals. The female lead was extremely talented and believable in her role. Wish they gave her better songs to showcase her talent! Ensemble was top notch and I wish they were used more.

 I applaud the dedication and enthusiasm of the entire cast. The story line was noble and inspiring. The comedic relief was much appreciated, especially as captured by Keanu. The Queen’s speech and Anthem were the highlights of the play.
